Villa Aurora is situtated on a quiet cul-de-sac (court,)so no opposite housing and no thru traffic. The terrace and private pool are south facing, so sun all day and a stunning panoramic view across the largest lake. Shrubs to either side add to the privacy of the terrace, and there is a range of sunloungers, and a recliner for relaxing by the pool,entered via steps down beside the planter.

Villa Aurora is situtated on a quiet cul-de-sac (court,)so no opposite housing and no thru traffic. The terrace and private pool are south facing, so sun all day and a stunning panoramic view across the largest lake. Shrubs to either side add to the privacy of the terrace, and there is a range of sunloungers, and a recliner for relaxing by the pool,entered via steps down beside the planter, where the shallow water here gradually deepens to 6′; here there is a pool seat and fountain…so relaxing. There are also a table and 6 chairs with matching drinks trolley, and a George Foreman grill … so you can enjoy dining and BBQing alfresco.
The front door is entered via a keypad lock! and the entrance leads onto the the open American style gourmet kitchen, very well equipped with new appliances, including an American style fridge freezer, with ice and water dispenser, cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher microwave and counter top GF grill.. all you could possibly need, including toaster, blender , coffee maker, electric tin opener, and a wealth of pans and dinnerware, including unbreakable to use on the terrace and a selection of Disney kiddiware! There are 3 stools at the bar which overlooks the dining area with table and 6 chairs.
The lounge adjoins this , and together with the lakeside master these rooms benefit from giant sliders which open up that lake view…the decor is a slick jazz theme…relax and watch the HDTV / DVD player, and choice of DVDs, or select a book to read from the library…there is matching king sleeper sofa, love seat and chaise longue..and also a straight back chair.
The lakeside master has this same great view, and an American king size bed with pillow top mattress, so sink into the luxurious bedding and watch TV… a flat screen DVD combo, so you also have the choice of more DVDs, or listening to music from the ipod alarm clock.
The large ensuite has a Roman fountain bath , and twin vanities with Hollywood style lights around, and there is also an overlarge shower. The walk in cupboard has a built in wall safe for guest use.
The other master at house front, is newly decorated … luxury bedding, and flatscreen TV/DVD combo, and electric alarm. The ensuite is a shower room with matching decor.
The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and are themed for Disney, a professional Mickey decor, and the other for Surfin’USA, with electric alarm Both rooms have TV/DVD combos, and the Mickey room a selection of toddler toys! Kids, and big kids, love these rooms!
The family bathroom continues the fun Mickey theme and has two separate vanity units and shower over bath. All bedrooms have lamps, drawer units and built in cupboards, laundry baskets, fans and flat screen Combo TV’s All bed linen and towels are provided and there are 4 Ralph Lauren towels for the adults and a selection, including Disney for the children
The garage houses the laundry facilites and also the gamesroom equipment…snooker/airhockey/table tennis combo and there is also a foosball table, fishing equipment and 6 bikes …. 2 toddler princess … fishing equipment!
There is a generous provsion for the youngest family members with full travel cot ,baby crib,3 strollers , one double and with shade and cover, high chair, small baby swing, baby walker and child gate! Baby and toddler car seat. Winnie the Pooh baby linen also provided. So Mom and kids are all happy. This villa is perfect for 2 families , or one larger extended family.
